Terms of service

We operate a booking platform. The service itself is delivered by an independent business listed on the platform, not by us. We are responsible for the booking, payment and support experience; the provider is responsible for the quality and safety of the work performed.

• All bookings are scheduled for a specific date and time; the provider must confirm the request.
• The price shown before you confirm is the price you pay. Laundry totals may be adjusted after inspection, and the change is shown on your invoice.
• Payment is by mobile money through our processor, or in cash on service where offered.
• Amounts are charged in Ghana cedis (GHS).

Cancellation and refund rules, including the two-hour threshold and the reschedule allowance, are set out in the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Give accurate contact and address details, and be reachable at the scheduled time.
• Provide a safe, lawful environment for a provider attending your location.
• Complete identity verification where required before booking.
• Do not misuse the platform: no fraudulent payments, abusive behaviour, harassment, or fake reviews.

• A one-time registration fee of GHS 470.00 applies to verification and onboarding.
• Listings must be accurate. Business documents, identity documents and media are reviewed before publication.
• We deduct a commission from completed bookings before paying out. Commission is never charged to the customer.
• Payouts are released to a verified mobile money wallet in the provider's name.
• We may suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms or receives sustained safety complaints.

Only a customer with a completed booking can review the provider on that booking. Providers may reply publicly once. We remove reviews that contain unlawful content or personal data.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer law. We may update these terms, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
